We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. Due to the nature of our products (jams and preserves), we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. All sales are final.
Damaged or Broken Products
If your product arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help! Please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your order, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
To process your claim, please send us the following:
1. A clear photo of the damaged or broken product.
2. A description of the issue.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll ship out a replacement as quickly as possible.
