Collection: Roasted Beef Slices with Cranberry
Tender, thinly sliced roast beef with a vibrant, tangy-sweet Cranberry Honey Jam creates perfect balance of flavors and is a great addition to your dining table.
Ingredients:
- 1 Ib beef roast (e.g., top sirloin, ribeye, or eye of round)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cups steamed broccoli florets
- BeeBee Sweets Cranberry Honey Jam
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 375F.
- Rub the beef roast with olive oil and spices.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the roast in all sides for 3-4 minutes until browned and caramelized.
- Transfer the roast to a roasting pan and cook in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it reaches the desired doneness.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool down.
- Slice the roast thinly, place them in a plate and add the Cranberry Honey Jam to the top of the roast slices.
- Add the steamed broccoli florets to the side.
